Pricing and delivery

Beatbox Brand (We, Us, Our) reserves the right to change prices, colors, materials, specifications and quantities in our catalog, web site, or elsewhere without notie or obligation.

Prices quoted in our catalog do not include shipping. We are not responsible for loss or damage to the product once any product has left our premises.

Delivery dates are only estimated dates of delivery. We specifically disclaim liability for delays in delivery and any resulting consequential damage or losses.

Items provided by 3rd party sources may be shipped from a different location than Our pre-made and on-demand items, thus shipping pricing may differ for similar items and estimated dates of delivery may differ.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are needing to return an item, please email us at [email protected] or click here, and include the following

After submitting the email, we will contact you with a “return confirmation email” approving your return and the return mailing address you must use.  The item must be postmarked for return within 7 days of receipt of the “return confirmation email”. If it is not postmarked within 7 days of receipt , we have the right to deny your request for a return and refund.

Return Labels/Postage

Defective products – this happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.

A label will be emailed to you to download & print. Product MUST be in new condition, unopened and unused.

Customer remorse – this happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item.

It is the customers responsibility to purchase return postage/label. A store credit may be granted under special circumstances. Product MUST be in new condition and visibly unused.

If refunds are granted, they will be returned to the method of payment used to purchase the items.

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside Our control (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster, not cleared by customs)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside of Our control
